Dignity, Safety and Professional Boundaries

Well Care Bridge Foundation is committed to activities and relationships that protect dignity, safety, privacy, and respectful participation.

Safeguarding commitment

The Foundation applies clear reporting pathways, responsible role boundaries, confidentiality, and appropriate incident management.

Expected behaviour

Abuse, exploitation, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, retaliation, and misuse of authority are not acceptable. Staff, volunteers, professionals, and partners should act within approved roles and follow clear codes of conduct.

Children and people at increased risk

Activities involving children or people who may require additional protection should include appropriate supervision, consent arrangements, safer recruitment, role boundaries, and reporting procedures.

Participation should be informed and voluntary. Images, names, stories, medical information, and identifying details should not be published without appropriate documented consent and a clear, respectful purpose.

Safeguarding concerns may be submitted through the complaints page or addressed in writing to Well Care Bridge Foundation, EB 47 Melissa Street, Accra, Ghana, GK-0890-7891. In immediate danger, contact the appropriate local authority or emergency service.
